WHAT IS PEDIATRIC

Occupational Therapy?

Your child’s day is filled with “occupations.”

These occupations are better known as regular daily activities, such as dressing, eating, playing, drawing, socializing, and more. Your child must fulfill these tasks in an age-appropriate manner in order to properly mature, develop, and successfully lead a quality life.

How do I know if my child needs OT?

Occupational therapy may be necessary if your child lacks, or shows a significant delay, in developing any of the strengths and skills outlined below.
